Water is hauled and stored on-site using the 275 gallon water storage tanks. Water fill stations are 5 miles from the ranch in the Valle/Grand Canyon Junction area. Pricing is very reasonable and at last check was $.04 cents per gallon for self-service.

An additional consideration is the ranch has annual average precipitation in the 20+” range and water catchment is a feature. The barn has a steel roof installed for this purpose.
